A: If you will be the only person who will use our software, one license will be enough.
Q: Should I uninstall old Private InfoKeeper version before installing the new one?
A: No, you need just to install new version of Private InfoKeeper over the old version.

A: Yes, you need to uninstall Light version before installing full version of Private InfoKeeper. All storages created in Private InfoKeeper Light will be accessible in full version of Private InfoKeeper.
Q: Can Private InfoKeeper read/manage storage created in Private InfoKeeper Light?
A: Yes, all storages created in Light version and Full version have the same format and will be easy to manage.
Q: Do I need to pay more when I upgrade to a new version of Private InfoKeeper?
A: No, you pay once you buy Private InfoKeeper and all feature version upgrade are free of charge.

Q: How can I uninstall Private InfoKeeper?
A: Select "Start -> Programs -> Ablazesoft -> Uninstall", or you can go to "Control Panel -> Add or Remove programs" then choose "Ablazesoft Private InfoKeeper" and click on "Remove" button.
Q: Does Private InfoKeeper have Mozilla Firefox integration?
A: Now, since v2.7, Private InfoKeeper supports Mozilla FireFox 1.0+ as well as new Mozilla FireFox 3.0b3.
Q: How can I customize the Private InfoKeeper toolbar?
A: Click "View -> Customize toolbar ...". In the dialog that appears you can make toolbar buttons visible and invisible by moving them between "Available toolbar buttons" (invisible buttons) and "Current toolbar buttons" (visible buttons).
Q: How can I attache a file to the storage?
A: You may attache an unlimited quantity of files to your storage. There are two ways:
- By using drag'n'drop: you need drag'n'drop the file you need to encrypt in the folder in your Private InfoKeeper opened storage.
- Right click on the folder in your Private InfoKeeper opened storage select "Attach a File ... "(or press hotkey Alt+A) and then select the file you need to encrypt.
Q: How can show/hide card comments?
A: To show your card/folder comments you need go select "View -> Show Comments" check "Show comments". To hide them, you need to uncheck "Show Comments".

A: The basic Private InfoKeeper package includes next schemas types:

Q: What should I do if Private InfoKeeper taskbar icon is not visible in the Windows XP taskbar?
A: For usability reason Windows XP does not show all the Taskbar/SysTray icons at the same time. To make it show all icons, right-click the XP Taskbar, select Properties, uncheck "Hide inactive icons" and click OK. The Private InfoKeeper taskbar icon will appear.
