Printing of your data

Private InfoKeeper provides you an opportunity to get a hard copy of your single card or of an entire storage.

You can adjust some properties of printing on General tab of Preferences: Tools -> Preferences (Hot key is "F4").



There is one checkbox "Print passwords".
If you want to get your password printed you need to check this box, otherwise uncheck it. (This option is applied for single card printing only.)

To print a single card from your Private InfoKeeper storage you need to right mouse click on card and then select "Print card ..." (Hot key is Alt+P) from drop-down menu.



The standard print dialog will appear. You may adjust some of your printer properties and then print your card.

If you need to print entire storage (every card) then you may use "Export to" function in main menu.

Export of your data

Currently Private InfoKeeper supports export only in text file.

Pay attention that all information from your storage after export operation will be saved as a plain text in unencrypted format.

To export your entire storage into text file you need to select: "Storage -> Export To" in main menu.



After that you will get the warning message that all of your data will be saved in unencrypted text file.
Make sure to keep this text file in a safe place.
Next, you need to enter the destination folder and name of file in which your data will be exported to and get the succesful message.
